Peristaltic flow of a micropolar fluid in a channel with longwave length approximation is studied under long wavelength and low Reynolds number assumptions. The velocity, the pressure rise over one cycle of the wave and frictional force are obtained. It is observed that for a given flux Q , the pressure difference Dp increases with increasing parameters .
