Studying the relationship between philosophical thinking of managers and teachers performance in schools

The present study was designed to investigate relationship between manager’s philosophical thinking and teacher’s performance in Miyandoab city (Iran) schools based on Philip Smith theory .Statistical population is all 462 school managers and teachers who are work in 2011-2012 academic year. Sample size is 201 person .Obtained results showed that: There is relationship between each dimensions of philosophical thinking (comprehensiveness, deliberation and flexibility) of managers and performance of teachers . There is significant relationship between philosophical thinking of managers and performance of teachers.
